A Perfect Time To Start Your Home Business

A Perfect Time To Start Your Home Business

by: Arun Pal Singh

It was the day that changed course of my life.

As we walked together on that empty road he asked me, ขWhen are you starting with your venture?ข

He was a close friend. I had revealed him often how I would love to start my own online business from home and work towards financial independence.

He knew nothing about internet business. But he always heard me with attention and encouragement.

ขQuite a time has passed since you first mentioned.ข He smiled as I remembered.

ขNext year. Something has come up. I do not think I will be able to do this year.ข I replied.

What he said was never expected, ขIf you do not have time this year and think you will have next year, you will never have the time. Things are not going to change much tomorrow than they are today. If you want to do it then do it now.

As he parted after a long discussion he gave the final blow, ขThere will be no perfect time any day. If you postpone, it will fizzle out.ข

Often I receive emails of people who ask when they should start their business. I have passed through same kind of phase. I will repeat the advice my friend gave me.

ขNOW.ข

Yes! Now is the right time for anything.

When we dream about a venture, knowingly or subconsciously we attach a state of perfection with that dream. It is a human habit. When mind dreams it does with perfection.

But reality is different. You might already have prior engagements that won’t leave you with perfect state of conditions to pursue your dreams. Shall you wait so that things become better? Well! The conditions did not improve in my case and as I see now they never become perfect.

A dream has to pass through congested reality before it could be realized.

Start now. The chaos which you face today would be present tomorrow also. These are the most frequent questions that trouble the mind of a potential starter.

# Where do I get extra time required?

Squeeze it. You do not need much of a time to work on the net. In case of business on the net, it is pretty manageable with small editing of your time management.

# What if I do not have resources?

Well! You need to search for what you can do. Cut down dispensable expenses like movies or eating out. Borrow if you can. If you are sincere enough you will find a way.

# I do not have a perfect plan.

Okay. Start with imperfect one that you have formulated. You can modify it along the way if you need. Start now. There is plenty to learn in the way. You cannot learn all before you start. And read this carefully. Nobody starts with perfect plan. Things shape up as you walk the path.

Action is what separates achievers from dreamers.

It is very easy to dream. There is no cost involved, no hindrance of any kind to stop the mind. Dreaming is the first step towards any endeavor. But dream must be followed by action to realize that dream.

If it is not followed by action a dream has got no meaning. World is full of wasted ideas and talents. Don’t let that happen to you.

Act now. Do not think tomorrow it will become better.

Tomorrow the things will be same.

Now is perfect time.

Now you have the right finances.

Now you have the right knowledge to start.

Catch a dream. Make a plan and กJust do it.ก

Persist Or Perish, The Choice Is Yours: Learn The

Persist Or Perish, The Choice Is Yours: Learn The Rules Of Online Business

by: Arun Pal Singh

Everybody wants quick profits. The phenomenon is more prevalent on the net as compared to offline business. The situation is only worsened by those ever coming awe inspiring success stories where previously ‘a nobody’ made millions overnight. While these stories may invigorate the desire to be rich overnight, there is always ‘the other side’ that is never brought into the picture and never asked too.

Until and unless you are highly gifted or have a knack of making money the quick profits are no more than folklore. If you are new to online business you must first understand the rule of the business before fueling the ever expanding expectation.

The so called overnight success stories just present the tip of iceberg. Firstly very few people achieve that kind of success. Secondly more often than not there is an equivalent amount of hard work which has been put in before the guy became a success.

The person in question might have been on the net for quite some time before he hit the idea that led to profits. Nobody tells this when success stories are written. And surprisingly nobody searches too. But that is the usual case.

Online business is a business after all. One needs to study the market and understand the tools and techniques before he can shoot. Like everything else there is a learning curve. That may be shorter in some cases. It too depends how much time you put in to understand that. And it depends on your background.

One thing is for sure. Nobody can wake up one fine morning, jump into foray of online business and expect windfalls.

No! It will not happen. The chances of this happening are as remote and bleak as your driving a car when you do not know how to drive. You need to learn the thing first. There will be frequent stalls and rough rides before you gain the control. Then you need to learn the traffic maneuvers. But by and by one gains control.

Many magical products have failed before they fell into the competent hands. So when you read a story and get inspired, just pause and think.

Starting an online business is damn easy. In couple of dollars everything from products to website will be yours.

After this comes the difficult part of making the sales.

There are a lot of things you need to know, assimilate and apply before you can bang. Every thing takes time. Here is where the experience counts. If internet is a new world to you then you need to hang on and learn before you can raise your graph to the desired level.

You need to be persistent. You need to be perseverant. You need to learn and apply.

It is much easier to do business on the net than the offline business.

But it is not a cakewalk either.

You need to stay and spend time on the net before you become proficient. The quick profits will not come until you have learned to breathe in the new environment and mastered some of the marketing techniques.

Till that time you should carefully put a lid on your expectation.

After that it is all fun.

What Company Does Your Business Keep?

What Company Does Your Business Keep?

by: Arun Pal Singh

A man is known by the company he keeps. We have heard that phrase so many times. Our folks have cautioned us often with that in our silly childhood.

Do we heed to that advice in our business? Where do you hang out? What is your business surrounded by?

Have you heard about Christian Huygens?

This genius of early 17th century did something awesome. He discovered a law of resonance. A law which was well accepted in physics later and is now being applied to brain science.

Huygens kept few pendulum clocks on the wall of his room with each clock swinging independently. He discovered that after few cycles of independent cycling all the clocks started swinging precisely synchronized rhythm.

And he gave the world a law that seems inherent law of the nature.

He summarized that waves from clocks produced vibrations in the wall which in response produced waves that synchronized the rhythm of all clocks.

Scientists have now extended that law to working of brain waves and results are very very promising.

Have you ever wondered that successful peoples are surrounded by similar ones? Is it a coincidence that when like minded people are at work the success is more likely!

Let us use this phenomenon to bring success to your business. It may be a home based business, online business or for that matter any venture.

To succeed in your business

Avoid Naysayers

Surround yourself with who have done or believe this can be done.

This is a much overlooked aspect of business. Your company definitely determines the outcome of your business dream.

Naysayers send you negative vibrations like ‘This can’t be done’, ‘You can’t do this’, ‘Oh! It is impossible!’

Your mind reacts to them like walls did to the clock and produces similar waves. Before you realize you already have lost faith in your dream. Naysayers will rotten your business. Keep as much away as possible. Realize your own vibrations and vibrate with belief.

Hang out with the other type, the positive ones. Believe in your business and converse with similar minds. You will be amazed with the difference it makes.

Your mind is the workshop of your success. Every business is first borne in the mind before the mind takes action to shape its vision.

Your mind is the powerhouse of ideas which will make your business a success.

Your mind is the source of your strength that enables you to carry the burden in difficult times.

Feed your mind the good food. Avoid stuffing in the junk food.

When you fall it is important to know and believe that many others have fallen and rose again. That is the attitude which will determine success. One must develop that attitude.

If you hang around with naysayers you will drown further because your own mind refuses to provide the necessary strength.

Success might be on the next turn waiting for you.

If you are negative in your approach you are sure to stop before that turn arrives.

So set your clocks again. It is time to vibrate with right frequency.

Internet: The Darling Of Business

Internet: The Darling Of Business

by: Arun Pal Singh

Internet has become indispensable in our lives. It has become the biggest source of communication and information for us. Just pause for a while and imagine being without it.

Impossible huh!

Yes! Though called virtual this world of internet is a reality of our lives. As the time moves ahead and technology becomes more sophisticated the internet will penetrate deeper into our lives, works and cultures. Our next generations to come will witness a world which will make our look like prehistoric.

Quite a percentage of population uses the internet. But most of are unaware of the potential it has to churn out the money.

Internet has become a business arena like nothing else. There are innumerable ways to make tons of money here. Every company from small to large has to have a web presence in order to succeed. You will agree with me that every successful company does have a web address which they display wherever possible.

Why?

First the technology of the net has made the whole world into your market. Web technology including websites and browsers permit a far more number of communications possible.

Whether you provide a service or sell a product, you reach millions and millions of potential customers. Any one who has a computer and internet connection is your potential consumer. Can you think such a reach possible using any other method!

Second reason is the economy of running a business. The cost of setting up and running a business is a fraction of what you need to run a business in the real life brick and mortar business. The internet saves you cost of running and maintaining the office, reduces the number of staff required to run the business and many others.

In fact a number of home businesses on the net are run by a single individuals and quite a number of them do this in their extra time after the office.

Third reason is that the business on the net runs 24 hours a day throughout the year. Once your internet shop or website is up and running it never closes until you want it to. When one part of the world sleeps other wakes up. Your office is up and running throughout day and night. Minimum of office hassles and minimum of employee related headaches.

That implies two things

You have more time for yourself. You can enjoy your life better; devote more attention to your family and hobbies.

You need to work for lesser time to run the business. If you are working you need not to leave your job while you grow your business.

It is no wonder that there are more webpages now than the human population on the earth. More and more people are turning to the net to make a good living.

Internet has surely become darling of business.

Have you embraced it yet?

The Tale of the King and His Wealth

The Tale of the King and His Wealth

by: Arun Pal Singh

Once lived a great king who was getting old and wanted to retire. One day he announced that all his personal wealth would be distributed to the public. However one would have to earn his share as the king did not want the wealth to go to unworthy.

His wealth would be in the seven stories of his palace. One might take whatever one wished, he announced. The word spread fast and people gathered. No one wanted to miss this opportunity of getting rich.

The entrance was opened and people eagerly rushed in. Presented to them were common items of pottery, glass and earth. They checked every place. Nothing else was there. People got disappointed. This was not what they had expected. Many left cursing.

Others decided to try second floor. As they moved there they found things which were costlier but nothing which could be called wealth. Many left again. It was wastage of time after all. The king either had gone mad or played a bad joke

Rest of them pushed themselves to the next level through a passage that was narrower and steeper. Here displayed were some coins of lesser value. Discouraged quite a number left again. I was clear now that the king had really played a joke. There was no wealth to be found.

Few who were encouraged enough resolved to go to further. They had to walk a path harder than previous. Those who could not tread returned. Only a handful reached fourth storey and were rewarded with silver coins.

Joyfully many stuffed and left. Thank God! The day was not wasted on some misadventure. They had come from far. They were tired now. They did not want to go further. They had work at their homes too.

However, ten people decided to go ahead. It was a very difficult journey. The was almost vertical and very rough. Only four could reach next level. Others left, not being able to continue. Those who reached found gold coins in abundance. Two decided to end here and left with gold happily.

Two went further on a path that was almost impossible to walk. They did manage to reach sixth floor. It was a hall full of diamonds of finest quality.

Pleased with this one started filling his bags whereas other went into deep thoughts.

ขWhat happened? You don’t want thisข asked the one who was filling.

ขI wonder what could be next!ข

ขWhat else do you want? This is more than enough for seven lifetimes. Moreover I can’t see any doorwayข Other man was astonished.

ขBut there is one floor leftข said the man who was determined and began his search.

ขYou have gone madข said other and left with diamonds.

There was actually no door. The man searched every corner but none was to be found. That was until he saw roof and a rope hanging too small to reach. He jumped and failed. He tried repeatedly without success till he could not jump.

There has to be some way, he thought as he lay exhausted. There must be some way.

It was then an idea struck him. He made a heap of diamonds to reach and pulled the rope. A doorway appeared in one of the walls. Beyond that was a beautiful ladder. As he climbed a hand pulled him to seventh floor.

The king himself stood there ขWelcome O worthy one! I can retire in peace nowข

The man was appointed as king next day.

Nature too offers us a fortune of wealth that we can earn. Everybody wishes to be rich but not all are ready to fully walk the path that leads to. Most of us who start get discouraged by initial unsuccessful attempts and stop. Others remain satisfied with the nickels they are offered and leave the journey.

Rare ones have the determination to find actual wealth.

We can stop at silver or go beyond diamonds.

How far would you go?

5 Tips For Better Management Of Home Business

5 Tips For Better Management Of Home Business

by: Arun Pal Singh

Home business on the net offers an opportunity to earn a lot of money. But like any other business it demands a constant input.

A better execution of efforts would bring better results.

Inculcating a professional approach and attitude would take you to the success at a real pace.

1. Be your real boss:

Being your own boss is very lucrative but the responsibility of making it success is also with you.

The very boss in your regular job (who is hated more than often) does a lot of work for you. Be it disciplining or producing the necessary motivation for the required results.

This is your business now. You are your own boss. Nobody else will share the responsibility (for that matter credit of success will also be yours only). So be a boss really.

Don’t fall into leisure trap otherwise time will fly and you will find yourself without any progress.

When you are in business, business is the top priority. You are at home for work and not for relaxation.

It is not just home anymore. It is your office too.

2. Grasp your business, Stay put:

Be clear in what you are doing and why are you doing. Grasp the concepts of tools you need to use.

Understand where you are in your business.

Growth of a business is exponential. That implies that in early part the curve is almost flat before it rises steeply. Don’t let that flat part discourage you.

Keep working, the bang will be there.

Stay put. Success will come.

3. Organize your business:

Set your goals. Accomplish your daily list of work. A small step everyday would take you to the destination.

Contrary to the perception home business requires efforts. And more so in the early phase.

Yes, the success is sooner on the net but it is not instant.

Schedule your work. Better if you can make a time table. It helps to maintain discipline.

Find you peak efficiency hours. It could be early morning or late night. Devote with full concentration.

4. Keep yourself motivated:

Encourage yourself regularly (remember your boss who used to do this!).

Read motivational books. Get inspired. Think positively. Keep the fire inside you burning.

It is a good idea to learn the success stories of people who have made it. A good source is IAHBE . It offers you numerous success stories of people who started like us. One gets a great inspirational boost.

5. Maintain a good health:

Last but not the least keep a good mind and body.

As you work from home you don’t have privilege of interaction with your colleagues as in regular job.It gets boring sometimes.

Join a health club. Shape yourself up. It will increase you efficiency too. Take breaks frequently. Enjoy your hobbies.Entertain yourself.

Finally, this is your baby. You can groom it in any way you want.

Some time later you can be a proud father.

That will be the time when you will look back, smile and pronounce ‘I did it’.

Till then keep working.Wish you success.

Still Mourning That Business Failure!

Still Mourning That Business Failure!

by: Arun Pal Singh

No one wants to fail. But when in business you ought to make decisions. While they are aimed at bringing out success your decisions may also prove to be a failure. Yes! Failure is detrimental to the confidence. That is why everybody dreads it. But we need to face it instead of mourning.

It is quite natural to be disappointed when we fail. After all we are human beings and disappointment over our failures is a normal reaction. Everybody sulks. But the problem starts when you loose courage to act further after you fail.

When you start identifying yourself with your failure, you loose all the confidence in yourself and think that you are a looser. More you think so more you grieve. More you grieve more unconfident you feel. And the vicious cycle continues.

Stop this cycle before you get entrapped.

It is important to realize that a failure does not mean that you have failed. Your idea or decision might have let you down but that does not imply that you cannot succeed. If you have failed you need to be congratulated. You are much better than many others who dream but are not courageous enough to act. Moreover if you have failed you are wiser than when you started.

If you realize this you have overcome your disappointment and you have separated yourself from your failure.

Business is built on dreams. For dreams to realize action needs to be taken. Business does not follow a fixed protocol or pattern. Everybody has his own way of realizing his dreams. Everybody goes through different path to achieve the success.

Everybody has his share of unique failures depending upon his talents and goals. But everybody does fail before he succeeds.

Child must fall before he learns to walk upright.

Sparrow must fall before she learns to fly unhindered.

Failures are necessary for us to succeed.

If we observe and note this law governs everything in nature.

Failure precedes the success. Always!

Guide yourself towards success when you are struck by a failure. Study in detail the conditions that led to failure. There could be many a reasonsinadequate training, insufficient research, poor planning and many other similar reasons.

We often teach ourselves to learn from other people’s mistakes. We can delve into countless number of books and stories and prepare ourselves mentally. These are important as to make a generalized perception. But our own failures are most important as they have been resulted directly by our action.

The lessons learnt from our own mistakes are deeply engraved in the mind unlike any other we teach ourselves with. This is what is called experience.

Failure is a compass that guides us towards making right decisions.

Edison failed thousand times before he brought out the light to the world. When enquired what kept him going he replied ‘each time I failed I learnt how not to make a light bulb.

Amazing answer but it tells everything.

When you start learning from your mistakes you are on your path to success.

Wish you success.

Bring That Difference To Your Business!

Bring That Difference To Your Business!

by: Arun Pal Singh

Romans had a phrase for this First among Equals.

Online marketing has too coined a similar one – when everything is equal the difference is me.

This is the key to build a successful business.

One who makes the difference succeeds.

That is what differentiates between the bestsellers and thousands of books that just come and go.

The uniqueness.

An artist sells million of albums and many others even fail to create a ripple. Why?

The uniqueness.

If you want your business to succeed you must bring that element of uniqueness.

It is good if you already have a unique product. You have already won half the battle. But what if you do not have that unique product. This is especially true if you are marketing affiliate products. You still can bring the difference.

How?

Introduce yourself in your product. Make your marketing unique. When your product is similar brand it unique with your style.

You need to have a passion for your business to bring that difference. A passion for your endeavor works like magic. Nothing beats a passionate entrepreneur. When you feel strongly for something you already start seeing the difference.

Your customers are life of your business. To become a good businessman think of your customers before your product. Convince yourself first if you would buy when you come across an offer you are going to make.

When you start thinking from customers’ perspective you are ahead of most of your competitors. What will your customers gain from your products? How will your product benefit from your product? People do not buy the products. They buy the benefits. Better life style, better health, secure future, freedom from debt…..

The list could be endless.

Try to build a trustful relation. People like to buy from the ones they can trust. After all, at the other end it would be a human mind that will decide to buy from you.

You can make that difference in spite of the competition because most of your competitors are not working on making that difference. Whatever your product is, whatever your offer is you can make it better by your touch.

Why are some marketers so successful that they make millions whereas others fail? If you make a search you will find that it is their style that makes them what they are. It reflects in their offers, their sales letters, their mails and everything they promote.

No! They were not born with it. They have developed and inculcated this while they struggled. They started no different from others. But they brought uniqueness to their business as they learnt.

Everybody can do this. Just keep working and keep trying. Learn, apply and analyze. Work diligently on improvement. Keep your minds open. Search for areas of betterment.

By and by you will develop your own style, your touch.

Every night when you go to bed just give a thought to your input for the day and what you will contribute on the coming day.

Have you worked for progress of your business today?

Be persistent in improving your business, work with passion and you are on your way to success.

Wish you success.
