Business Systems that work for anyone, are a fundamental necessity for any networking venture. While most people rely upon their own company business system or plan for success, there is always a different option.

The three fundamental elements of any system are; Replication, Duplication and most of all Retention.

A newbie or seasoned veteran, should be able to replicate with a good system and duplicate the actions of those gone before him/her. When that is achieved, the retention becomes greater, as the new representative or affiliate can actually see his/her success happen.

There are many กmarriages of convenienceก that take place on the Internet. This is normally a merger of two different businesses. One is normally a feeder program that fuels the main business. When done correctly, the feeder should also produce a ROI (Return on Investment).

Streamlining the two, so that they merge and flow to the maximum advantage, is done by observation and experience and finding the right blend. The right promotional tools are also very important in your choice.

In order to have the replication element, you also need an action plan. Something that you can pass down to others, so that they can duplicate what you have done. If this is done correctly, it can save a lot of time and effort, produce outstanding results and retain all your associates.

Being creative in your marketing and leading from the front, with a good system, will make all the difference to your future success.

(4) Keep your paragraphs short no more than 2 sentences per paragraph.

(5) Use bold headings to break up your sales copy into short chunks of text.

(6) Use a bulleted list to itemize the benefits of your product or service. 1. Many Ezine Publishers use too many styles of separator in their Newsletter. I recently saw an Ezine that used no less than 7 different separators:

This confuses the reader and makes your Ezine difficult to read. Your Newsletter will look much smarter and be much easier to read if you use just one or two styles of separator.

2. Always give an email address for your readers to un subscribe. Making your readers go to a website to unsubscribe will create more traffic but it won’t make you popular.

3. Place the email address for unsubscribing near the top of your Newsletter where it can easily be seen. That will avoid messages from your readers asking you to unsubscribe them.

4. Put the title of your main article in the subject field of your Newsletter. People are much more likely to open an Ezine whose subject field reads:

WebTrafficDaily: ก10 Power Tips to Boost your Trafficก

than:

WebTrafficDaily, Vol 14 Issue No. 6

5. Unless your Ezine specializes in offering free ads, limit your classifieds to ten per issue. More than that and your readers will be irritated and the ads will lose their effect.

6. In every issue of your Newsletter, tell your readers about some new resource you have added to your Website give them a reason to come back. After all, thatกs one of the main reasons for publishing an Ezine to turn onetime visitors into repeat visitors.

7. Before sending out your Newsletter, do a trial run and send it to yourself. I do this and I almost always find some little error that needs fixing.

8. Keep an archive of backissues on your website. People are more likely to subscribe to your Ezine if they can see a sample.

9. Search the Web for Tips on the theme of your Ezine include an กEditorกs Tipก in each issue.

10. Format your Newsletter to 60 charactersperline. You can either do this manually using a กrulerก such as this:

I hear about so many people that give up on so many things before it even had a chance. Why did they even start? Did they research to see how long it would take for their project to blossom? Most likely they did not.
Let me briefly tell you a story. After High School I went immediately into the U.S. Marines. Around the Fifth week at Parris Island during bootcamp I wanted to quit. Seriously though, He told me that he was not giving up on me cause I had more potential than anyone he had seen and he was going to forget we had that conversation. He refused to let me quit. I thought afterwards why had I given up, no one else had given up on me.
I gave up because I was looking at the now (the pain, homesick), You know all the negative things. Had I quit I would have missed out on so much in life. I traveled to 7 different countries. My college was paid for. I get many benefits as a veteran now, etc.
The same applies to your Online Business. We look at the now and quit. You think that no one is paying attention to what you have done so you quit. The website is shutdown and than the advertising you did, the people you thought were not paying attention and many others come to your site for your services and you are gone. The money you could have made, you now will not make. The extra time you could have spent with your family and on vacations will not happen. The financial freedom, being your own boss (what I call true freedom) will never be. Why? Because you quit way too early.
You ask well I have not made any money in six months what am I suppose to do? The answer .. Before you started you should have researched to see what kind of demand was in for your business. Set a schedule up for your business and stick to it. (ex. follow a daily schedule and set aside 1 hour for emails, 2 hours for advertising, etc.) The Internet is full of easy tools for building websites and you can find people that will help you. You have got to continue to advertise, build up an optin list. These people will become your support, customers and some may become your business partners through Joint Ventures. If you have did everything possible and still are not getting any sells. I would say take a close look at what you got and see what is wrong. Then nothing may be wrong it could just be your market and you should try looking into something else.
If you do not quit, keep looking for your perfect niche than you will enjoy success on the internet and I challenge each of you to do this. The easiest way to find the perfect product and business is to just ask….go to forums and ask people in your optin list. Ask them what do they want or need to help with their problem. Take the answer you get the most and find a solution or a business to cater to it. You will be successful this way majority of the time I guarantee it. Give it a try.
Most of the people that fail with their online business fail because they quit. You can join them or stick it out, achieve your goals and ultimately your dream of working full time from home. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity of working for yourself from your own home. I know that it can be aggravating sometimes especially when just starting out but remain positive and keep a positive outlook. Stay Motivated to do the work and dedicated to it. Most importantly it does require alot of work, so work hard at it. Remember…you get back what you put into it so dont cheat yourself. I know you can do it and I will not give up on you.
