How To Fail Online, or Alternatively, What To Avoid In Order To Succeeed

by: Dr. David Lowenstein

“One click and you message gets to 100/200/xxx million websites a day” “Make $1,000/5,000/xxxxx straight to your paypal/stormpay or mailbox just by emailing this or mailing that to X of your friends” “Here is how you get 20 million subscribers/affiliates…”

Sounds familiar? Haven’t we all (yes, me too..) thought “Hay, this is Exactly what I need/want!” and, signed for free or, God forbid, paid Money and…a few days later…

I do hope that you are reading this article a minute before you intended To join such a “blabla” offer. It will save you some hard earned dollars.

Question – Who’s to blame? Should we all blame the one offering us These programs? I am certain that your immediate response is “Yes!” Well, you’re wrong! We are the ones to be blamed! We so much want To believe this “magic crap” that we act as their best salesperson.. Who doesn’t want overnight success? I’ll be more blunt – who doesn’t Want an immediate success without putting any work? (lotto…?)

My friend, IT DOES NOT AND NEVER WILL WORK, PERIOD.

To be totally honest and straightforward, these offers should also mention

That: “sign with us and..

work hard for 23 years

invest a lot of time in building trust relations with people “The Best Vitamin For Making Friends Is B1”

you’re about to have rough times during which you’ll be certain that nothing works for you (“everyone seems to have something to offer/sell. How can I get through and succeed selling my product/program??!!”)

IMPORTANT, Never Ever Give Up!

Would they be online if they wrote it (The Simple Truth!)? Of course NOT!

They are simply after your money and that is all there is to it.

But there’s hope. The hope lies in your common sense and determination –

NEVER GIVE UP! Tell yourself:

1. The Opportunities are there. I can make it online.

2. I know I’ll have rough times.

3. I’ll NEVER go for what appears to be “magic” because if it doesn’t

Work (and it NEVER does) I’ll get frustrated and give up. Remember –

It’s The START that STOPS most people!

4. Prior to every purchase I’ll make, whether an ebook, a service or a

Program, I’ll positively answer the following:

4.a. Will this purchase really move my knowledge/business onwards?

4.b. Will it result in more potentially successful contacts/leads?

4.c. Will I be able to use it, within a reasonable period of time, to Increase my profits?

4.d. Am I willing to invest work in it and give it a fair chance?

4.e. If someone else offered it to me, would I go for it? (This is critical because the answer will indicate whether you’ll be able to offer it to others).

Sorry it sounds like a nightmare, it is NOT. It Is Reality. The route to success Resides in yourself – BE DTERMINED, DON’T GET DISTRACTED, Keep Looking straight ahead to your final goal AND YOU’LL GET THERE.

You can achieve a level of success online which will significantly increase Your income. Opportunities and customers are there (and growing every day By outstanding numbers). Let time and work determine what is going to be Your money making opportunity. Just Avoid “Magic Crap”!

And one last advice – No One Can Help Everybody, but Everybody Can Help Somebody. Use this advice to build trust.

Wishing You A Pleasant Journey,

Stay In Touch With Leads And Get More Closes

Stay In Touch With Leads And Get More Closes

by: Joy Gendusa

How many leads have come into your business since the beginning of time that never closed? That is a salient question. Who knows how many, but I bet there are a lot.

Whether a small company or a large one with a sales force, the leads that are always best are the ones that are easy to close. But what about the prospects that were reached but never closed? They are in an abyss The Unclosed Sales Lead Abyss, technically speaking.

What are you doing to follow up? Are you following up? Do you have a fixed idea in mind about some time frame that those leads then become dead?

What does it cost you to get that lead? Let’s look at a hypothetical analysis:

• Postcard marketing experts will tell you to send out 5000 postcards.

• It costs you $2000.00 to send out those postcards.

• Say you do that and you get 50 calls

My Identity Crisis

My Identity Crisis

by: David Leonhardt

When we are young it is all so simple. We know exactly what I want to กbeก when we grow up.

You know what itกs like: กI want to be a fireman.ก I want to be a ballerina.ก กI want to be a movie star.ก กI want to be a nuclear physicist specializing in embryonic schisms in postmenopausal subatomic particles.ก

This aspect of growing up came back to haunt me recently when reading a magazine article by someone working in television who had always wanted to be a celebrity. To paraphrase her words, กIt never occurred to me that I might have to actually do anything.ก

Well, here I am, a fullygrown adult. Or perhaps I am no longer fully grown – Iกm not sure at what age we start shrinking! But I do have a confession to make; I never knew what I wanted to กbeก. I knew only what I wanted to do.

What I wanted to do was design cities, urban spaces, bus routes. No, thatกs not true. What I really wanted to do was design maps…but most map companies want map designers to simply mimic the cityกs existing design. Geesh, whereกs the creativity in that?

So I was led astray, falling in love with politics instead. For a while I worked as a political aide, plotting to become King of the World. Amazingly, it took only five years for reality to grind my idealistic innocence to sawdust and send me on a frantic search for a doityourself lobotomy kit. (I never did get to be King of the World, nor did I ever find that doityourself lobotomy kit.)

I spent the next decadeandahalf as a consumer advocate and lobbyist, doing media relations, government relations and industry relations none of which are technically verbs that one can actually กdoก.

At social events, the accountants and lawyers had it easy. กI am an accountant,ก says it all.

I was not so fortunate.

กI am a consumer advocate,ก I would say.

กSo what do you do?ก

กWell, I talk to the media and to the government and to industry,ก I would explain.

กAhaaa… and I talk to the tooth fairy. So what do you do?ก

Now, I have an even harder time when somebody asks what I do. Most people have no clue what search engine optimization is, which is my main กcareerก. Few people really understand what freelance writing is, except if they read a freelance writerกs article in a magazine . I don’t even try to mention that I run three websites and do affiliate marketing. But people do understand what it means to be an author.

กWow, you wrote a book on happiness? Congratulations. So whenกs your next book coming out?ก

Which is when I have to explain how a book really doesn’t feed a family, and if I took the time to write a second book, it would take time away from search engine optimization and affiliate marketing…

กHuh, whatกs that?ก

กNever mind,ก I answer. กIกm a stayathome dad.ก Which also is true. People might look at me weird, but at least they understand me. Or, so they think.

All of which brings me back to that question I never answered when I was young: what do I want to be when I grow up? I guess Iกll just have to wait a little longer to find out. Like when I grow up.

11 Success Tips to Home Based Internet Business

11 Success Tips to Home Based Internet Business

by: Michel Richer

Letกs face it everyone wants to succeed with their home based internet business ? But what does it takes to really succeed in cyberspace ?

1. Your first ultimate start must include written goals and plans. Formulate a plan of weekly activity and be persistent in following it—if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Sticking to your plan is essential for success.

2.Don’t wait for everything to be exactly right to start…THERE WILL NEVER BE A กPERFECTก TIME! Start now, with whatever you have. The things you need will come to you as you work toward your goal. You cannot become successful in anything when you’re trying to do too many things at once.

3. Treat your business as a serious, fulltime business, and it will become one. Think of your first six months primarily as a training period. Don’t expect large earnings until after youกve educated yourself.

4. Be patient. Youกll work the hardest your first six months or so and get compensated the least. Big incomes never happen overnight. They only come after youกve properly shown your affiliates how to duplicate your efforts. Always be ENTHUSIASTIC!! Don’t give yourself unrealistic expectations.

5. Don’t complain to your upline leaders. Realize that what you accomplish is mainly in your hands, no one elseกs. Also realize that, when you see a problem, 95% of the time there are factors you are unaware of. Don’t jump to conclusions. When you have a problem, present it in a concise letter as positive, constructive criticism. Offer solutions if possible, too. Not only will this approach get you better results, but youกll be building your relationship with your upline instead of tearing it down.

6. Be organized, but don’t allow the act of organizing keep you from the most important element of a successful business: MARKETING. Market and promote your business EVERY DAY! Don’t let little problems upset you. Concentrate on the many positives…and the กbig picture.ก

7. Always remember that the only thing that will never change is that there will always be changes. Don’t let changes upset you. Know that you will have to deal with changes and other obstacles, both big and small, continually. Be prepared to be flexible.

8. Don’t be a negative thinker and don’t let the negative attitudes of others (even if they’re family members, friends, or peers) influence you. All the great men and women in history had to overcome the naysayers who said it couldn’t be done—and then went out and did it. Think for yourself!

9. Don’t be derailed by กperfection paralysis.ก Realize that you won’t be able to do everything perfectly. Do the best job you can, then move on to the next project. Keep learning and keep moving ahead.

10. Read books (such as Napoleon Hillกs classic, ‘think And Grow Richก) that will convince you how powerful your mind really is. Develop the tremendous potential in you (that we all have) that has never been tapped!

11. Don’t quit. The only way to fail is if you give up. Remember always…กYou are what you think you areก

The Never Ending Sale

The Never Ending Sale

by: Jay Conners

Once you have added a new customer to your book of business, plan on keeping that customer until you have all of their business, and the business of their family and friends.

This way you can ensure having their business forever.

When working as a branch manager a few years back, I was never satisfied with a customer portfolio until I had the complete wallet share of their business.

By wallet share I mean I not only wanted their checking accounts, I wanted their savings accounts, certificates of deposit, home equity loans and so on.

The same should go for you. Once you have a customer in the door, and have sold them that first product, continue to satisfy their needs with excellent customer service, and make them aware of certain products that have become new to your company, or any promotions that you may have going on. Continue to make them aware of all things that can make their lives more convenient or save them money.

Getting a customer to do all of their business with you, I admit, is a challenge. But like all relationships, the same holds true in business, relationships are built on trust.

Once a customer grows to know you and trust you, they will then begin to become more prone to moving the rest of their business over to you, and hopefully shoot some referrals your way.

For starters, get your customer in the door, just get one little piece of the pie. Think of it as asking them to lunch as opposed to asking them to dinner. Try and convince them to try out one of your smaller or less expensive products, or if you offer free trials, even better. Than go from there.

Getting back to wallet share . . .

While still in banking, I once had a customer tell me, that he did all of his business with us, and for that reason alone, he should be approved for the loan he was applying for.

Although I was confident that he would be approved for the loan, I decided to call his bluff any way.

I said; Mr. Jones, do you really do all of your business with us. His reply was yes.

I then asked him if I could see his wallet.

He pulled it from his back pocket and handed it to me.

After I opened his wallet and examined it for a few seconds, I pulled an American Express card from one of the sleeves and laid it on the table.

I said, Mr. Jones, you are a customer of American Express.

He replied that he was.

I than proceeded to tell him that he did not in fact do all of his business with us. I also seized this opportunity to sell him on one of our credit card promotions.

He chuckled at my wit, but did not take the credit card.

My point is, you want to get complete wallet share, you must dig deep, you might only have half of your customer’s business, when you think you have it all.

So ask questions, get to know your customers as well as you can. Find out what their needs are, than sell them the products you believe they can use, make their lives a little easier, or save them some money.

So remember, the sale never ends, it goes on and on. Your customers will always be in need of new things. So sell them, their friends, and their family what you have. At the very least, make them aware of the products you have, you never know when they may need it. Good luck!

Internet Business :: กWe All Want To Succeed!ก

Internet Business :: กWe All Want To Succeed!ก

by: Michel Richer

Have you always dream of owning your own Business and working in the comfort of your own home ?

As human we all want to succeed. We all want the best from life. We all want to be wealthy, to have a great house, to travel around the globe.

To have all of this you don’t need to be a genius, have luck or to rob a bank.

All you need is that you use the power of faith wich means confidence. Confidence in yourself.

You also need knowledge. Like the adage: กKnowledge is Powerก.

But you must ACT. Knowledge without action is useless.

Itกs like having a recipe of a cake, without actually making the cake.

So to succeed you need to know what you want and after that act on it.

HOW TO SUCCEED

The first ultimate start to succeed with your home business is to write your goals and have a business plan.

Don’t wait for everything to be exactly right to start…THERE WILL NEVER BE A กPERFECTก TIME!

Start now, with whatever you have. The things you need will come to you as you work toward your goal.

Letกs talk face to face there is no easy way to succeed with your home business.

Talk to people who succeed in business like George Walton of walmart or other like Donald Trump.

They will tell you that it takes lotกs of vision and determination. You have to be a man of action to really succeed.

Like i said there is no easy road. But of course you can succeed like me. You have to be persistant.

You have to build your business brick by brick. One step at a time. You start at the base of the ladder first.

Everyone who as succeeded in life have start at the base. Thats a fact of life. Like the man you are today, start as a baby.

Even the most dynamic, highestearning entrepreneurs in the industry took MONTHS to begin seeing an income of any real significance.

And the real wealth, the $100,000+ income we all strive for, took an average of almost 3 YEARS to achieve!

Do you think ANY of these gentlemen don’t think the ends justified the means?Do you think for an instant that the months and years invested hasn’t been rewarded a thousand times at least?

You don’t even have to think about it, do you?

So now you know ! It takes an average of 3 YEARS to build a significant income on the internet.

By never, never giving up you will reach your goal one day. One mile at a time. Itกs impossible that you won’t reach it. Unless you die.

Thatกs the only secrets to success. One client at a time. One step at a time. 100 client at a time. Until you reach thousand like me and make your $100,000 a year and +.

To make $100,000 a year, start by making $100 per month. After $200 a month. And after $500 a month. And after $5000. And so on and so on.

Day by day, your on your way to succeed, week by week your on your way to succeed, month after month your on you way to succeed, year after year your on your way to succeed.

Until you reach your goal in 3 YEARS. (Maybe less, Maybe More.)

We reap what we sow, but the harvest is never in the same season as the planting!

Today you are planting…and will be at least for the next several months.

Your harvest will come in time.

Be persistent. Be patient. Think long term.

Take action every day, (no matter how small) to build your business and you cannot fail.

Top 10 Business Email Basics

Top 10 Business Email Basics

by: Judith Kallos

When it comes to your business email communications, you need to make an impression that can lend to the determination that you are someone that will be a pleasure to do business with.

For your consideration below are the ‘top 10 email issues targeted at business men and women. These are the issues business owners and their employees minimally need to be aware of in their daytoday online communications.

1. SUBJECT: Field: The SUBJECT: field is the window into your email and can many times determine even if your email will be opened. If this is your first contact with a customer based on their request through your site or otherwise, be sure to have a short SUBJECT: that indicates clearly what the topic of the email is. Never be misleading in this regard! Typos, all caps or all small case can give the impression you are a spammer.

2. Level of Formality: Never assume a position of informality in your business email. Only time and relationship building efforts can guide when you can informalize your business relationships. And, in some cases that time may never arise. Do not assume that email is impersonal or informal when it comes to your business communications. It is very personal a window into the type of person you are and how you run your business. Remember, people do business with people not companies. One should communicate as if your email is on your company letterhead at all times. This is your businessกs image you are branding!

3. Addressing: How do you address your new contacts? I would suggest initially that you assume the highest level of courtesy: Hello, Mr. Anderson, Dear Ms. Jones, Dr. Osborne, etc. Until your new contact states, กcall me Andyก or กyou can call me Diane. Keep it formal until it is clear the relationship dictates otherwise. You will also be able to get clues by how your contacts approach you and their tone. Most business people do not mind being called by their first name, however, in a global economy that can be perceived as taking premature liberties in the relationship if used too soon.

4. TO:, From:, Bcc, Cc fields can make or break you:

..In the TO: field make sure you have your contactกs name formally typed. John B. Doe not john b doe or JOHN B DOE.

..In the FROM: field make sure your have your full name formally typed. Example: Jane A. Jones. Not: jane a jones or JANE A JONES. The later two give the perception of lack of education or limited experience with technology. Always use your full name. By only including your first name or email address you are giving the perception you have something to hide or do not know the basics of configuring your email program.

..Bcc: use this field when emailing a group of contacts who do not personally know each other. By listing an arms length list of email addresses in the CC or TO fields of contacts who do not know each other or who have never met is conducive to publishing their email address to strangers. No matter how great the list of people may be to you, never make this decision for others! This is a privacy issue! With those you are forging partnerships with, visibly listing their email address in with a group of strangers will make one wonder what other privacy issues you may not respect or understand. Not good.

..Cc: Use this field when there are a handful of associates involved in a discussion that requires all be on the same page. These business people know each other or have been introduced and have no problem having their email address exposed to the parties involved. If you are not sure if a business associate would mind their address being made public, ask!

5. Formatting: Refrain from using it in your business communications. Unless you would type something in bold crimson letters on business letterhead, don’t do it when emailing for commercial gain. Even something as simple as using a different font makes your emailกs display contingent upon the recipient having that specific font on their system or it defaults to their designated default font. The recipient may not have their email program configured in such a way as to display your formatting the way it appears on your system if at all.

6. Attachments: Do you think your relationship with a potential new customer is enhanced when you send them that 5M Power Point presentation they didn’t request and you fill up their inbox causing subsequent business correspondence to bounce as undeliverable? Nope. And, if they don’t have Power Point they couldn’t open the file anyway! Never assume your potential customers have the software you do to open any file you may arbitrarily send.

If you need to send a file over 200,000 in size, business courtesy dictates you ask the recipient first if it is O.K. to send a large file. Next, confirm they have the same software and version you do and what is the best time of day to sent it to them to ensure they are available to download the large file and keep their email flowing. Do not send large attachments without warning, on weekends or after business hours when the recipient may not be there to clear out their inbox and keep their email flowing.

7. Using Previous Email for New Correspondence: If you want to give the perception of lazy, find a previous email from the party you want to communicate with, hit reply and start typing about something completely irrelevant to the old emailกs subject. Always start a new email and add your contacts to your address book so you can add them to a new email with one click.

8. Down Edit Your Replies: Don’t just hit reply and start typing. Editing is a skill those you communicate with will appreciate as it lends to reflecting a respect for their time and clarity in your communications. Removing parts of the previous email that do not apply to your response including email headers and signature files removes the clutter. In addition, by making the effort to reply point by point keeps the conversation on track with fewer misunderstandings.

9. Common Courtesy: Hello, Hi, Good Day, Thank You, Sincerely, Best Regards. All those intros and sign offs that are a staple of professional business communications should also be used in your business email communications. Always have a salutation and sign off with every email. Here again think business letterhead.

10. Signature files: Keep your signature files to no more than 56 lines as this can be viewed as a bit egocentric. Limit your signature to your Web site link, company name, and slogan/offer or phone number. Include a link to your site where the recipient can get all your contact information from AZ that is what your site is for.

Don’t forget to include the กhttp://ก when including your Web site address within emails and your signature file to ensure it is recognized as a clickable URL regardless of the userกs software or platform.

The above Top 10 items will certainly allow your business communications to rise above the majority who do not take the time to understand and master these issues. When forging new business relationships and solidifying established partnerships, the level of professionalism and courtesy you relay in your business email communications will always gain clients over the competition that may be anemic, uninformed or just plain lazy in this area. Went it comes to business, regardless of mode of communication used, professionalism and courtesy never go out of style.

Publishing Guidelines: You have permission to publish this article electronically or in print, at no charge, as long as the byline is included. A courtesy email letting me know where and when you will use my materials, including a copy if possible, would be nice. Thank you! 😉

Does Your Marketing Plan Need Changing?

Does Your Marketing Plan Need Changing?

by: Joy Gendusa

Change is good, right? Not always. But when is it bad? Is it a question of good or bad? Sounds philosophical. Maybe it is.

Philosophize on this…why would one take something that is going good – no.. great – and change it? Obvious answer is to make it better. Not!

In business or in marketing, change is not always good. When you have certain promotional actions that are in place making things happen, or in better terms, making you money – don’t change them! Why do I say this? Because I see it time and time again. Someone has a marketing campaign that is bringing in a good return on investment and they up and decide to change their postcard! What?!?!?!?!? Change your postcard – why??????? ขEr uh, we just decided to do something different.ข

And then some three or four months down the road, they call back with their tail between their legs and ask – no demand to have everything back the way it was before. In this latter case – change is good.

I am not just saying that to say that one should always keep their postcard marketing campaign the same and never change it. Quite the contrary. Change your marketing, change your habits, change your way of life when it warrants it. There is really some truth to the old adage ขIf it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.ข Maybe it is human nature to want to change everything once something gets going just the way they planned it. Who the heck knows? All I can say is step outside the humannature box. Change only when things are drastic or when change is warranted.

Drastic circumstances deserve drastic measures. But how do you determine drastic? Sometimes that is really easy. Your company’s income is crashing. Do something! Change! Or better yet, figure out what you changed and get it back to what was working.

How about a plateau? Does that deserve change? Depends on how long that plateau lasts. I have never seen things leveling off and staying level forever. It either goes one of two ways – up or down. I know an optometrist who had a very successful practice in small town USA. He never really marketed. He never really had to. People knew of him from miles around. Mainly he did PR stuff – a fundraiser here, networking there, etc., etc. His good works made him well known and respected and the community ooo’ed and ah’ed over him so much the paper loved printing it.

But things changed. Malls started opening up. People started shopping out of smalltown USA and into the bigger cities. The environment changed. But he didn’t. He still kept a good practice, but you could see something interesting – his gross income started to plateau. And over time – many years – that plateau gradually started to show where it was really going. I actually don’t have to say where – you’ve got the picture.

Now, would that demand drastic measures? Taking into account inflation, cost of living and other factors that are on the rise – yes, I would say that would demand drastic measures. Did he take them? Not until the direness became all too apparent. But yes, he finally did take them. He started postcard marketing his youknowwhat off!

I have another client that is just a dream. They have had the same list for the past 5 years, ever since they have been in business – thirty thousand physical therapists they mailed to over and over and over and over and … They never changed. They figured if it was bringing in the income it was the thing that was working. And it worked and it still works. And today – they made Entrepreneur’s 100 Hot List for 2005.

So, next time you think about changing your marketing plan, look to see if it needs it. Look at your numbers. Are they improving? Declining? If your income is going up – don’t change one single thing. But if it is going down or flat lining – for heaven’s sake, change!

10 Steps To Secure And Manage Your Passwords

10 Steps To Secure And Manage Your Passwords

by: Cavyl Stewart

Passwords protect your most sensitive personal, financial and business information. They are the key to accessing membership, financial, and other web sites that you are a member of. All sorts of havoc can occur in your life if some unauthorized person discovers your password. Here are some tips for making that event less likely:

1. Don’t use easily guess passwords like a date of birth, spouse, childกs or petกs name. In fact, don’t use any word or phrase that even remotely relates to you or your world. You need to use a password which is difficult for anyone to guess but is not so difficult for you to remember.

2. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, symbols and numbers to make the password harder to guess. Some web sites do not allow symbols so you may not be able to always use them. Almost all web sites treat passwords as CaSe SeNsItIvE so mixing case is a good idea.

3. Make your password at least eight characters long. Longer is even better. The more characters there are the harder it will be to guess.

4. Use a different password for each account or web site. That way if one gets compromised youกll still be protected elsewhere.

5. Change your passwords frequently. Pick a period, like the 15th of each month, and change all of your passwords on that date.

6. Do not write your passwords down anywhere. You never know who is checking your drawers or file cabinet when you’re not around. Also, do not store your passwords in an electronic filing device like a PDA. Thatกs just as insecure as a piece of paper if you lose the device and someone who is less than honest finds it.

If you have too many passwords to keep track of then consider using a password manager program. There are a lot of them on the market but be careful: some of them contain กadwareก which will pop up ads every time you are online. Most of the free password managers contain some degree of adware. Hereกs one that doesn’t: http://www.roboform.com/

7. Never share your password with anyone else. If you have to, then change it immediately afterwards.

8. Avoid using กdictionaryก words. There are passwordcracking programs that will check every word in the dictionary. If you want to use words then break them up with nonword characters. For example: BuIlT*99$APPlE is difficult for anything other than the most sophisticated passwordcracking program to guess because it is combined with nonalphabet characters and it is in mixed case.

9. Don’t use กpasswordก or กnoneก as your password! Don’t even use กPaSsWoRdก!

10. If someone calls or sends you email claiming that they are from your bank, or credit card company, or anywhere else that you have a password with, NEVER give them your password or PIN no matter what story they tell you. Itกs a scam. No one will ever ask for your password. Legitimate administrators of your passwordprotected accounts do not need your password to access your files during the normal course of their business dealings with you.

Are You The Next Internet Millionaire ?

Are You The Next Internet Millionaire ?

by: Michel Richer

If you’re like most Internet users…your email inbox is bombarded with home business offer, but nothingกs working …and now you’re wondering if anyone out there will ever really help you, or if they’re all just trying to take MONEY from you!

Letกs face it, we would all like MORE hours in the day… MORE time to enjoy with the kids, more time on the golf course… even more time with the spouse!

Letกs talk face to face there is no easy way to succeed. Talk to people who succeed like George Walton of walmart or other like Donald Trump. They will tell you that it takes lotกs of determination.

Do you think ANY of these gentlemen don’t think the ends justified the means?

Do you think for an instant that the months and years invested hasn’t been rewarded a thousand times at least? You don’t even have to think about it, do you?

So now you know ! It takes an average of 3 YEARS to build a significant income on the internet.

Every house is build brick by brick. So is your business !

Of course we all want to go faster. But we have to start at the base first. Itกs a basic law. We are subject to time and circumstances.

We have to learn. We have to experiment. With learning and experimenting we get experience. And with experience we become an expert.

We have to set goals. The goals will guide us one step at a time. It will will pave the way to our success.

You cannot go on a road trip without knowing your destination. You need a map. You need time. You need to rest. You need to eat. And sometimes there is roadblock.

When we hit a dead end we turn back and take another road. But we keep going to our destination.

Itกs the same thing with your home business. There is bumps and jumps and sometimes we crash. But we always keep our eyes to the goal. That is what give us the drive. Itกs our paradise. The goal become our existence. And it is.

MY 11 SECRETS TO BECOME A MILLIONAIRE

Sex and the Gods of Internet Marketing

Sex and the Gods of Internet Marketing

Sex and the Gods of Internet Marketing

By Linda Cox J.A.M.G. (Just Another Marketing Guru)

Whenever I mention my occupation to a nonwired person, it seems to generate the same response:
"Isn’t there an awful lot of porn on the net?"
The question floats toward me like a smoke ring and forms a halo around my face, framing me as a pornographer, nymphomaniac, and allround corrupter of innocence.
I expect that from my mother, but itกs not the public image I strive to cultivate. I never have a good response ready.
"Hmmm," I nod coquettishly, "Iกll have to look into that."
The subtext of my vapid reply could be "Yes, the internet is a modernday Gomorrah and Iกm in it up to my quivering loins," or, "I really haven’t heard that, but Iกm so pathetically hardup that Iกm gonna race right home and look."
Neither is what I mean to convey, but the truth is probably just as perverse…
Iกve never really looked into sex on the net.
I always plan to, but I never do. I think Iกve always been very nervous about what I might find. Who knows? Maybe I myself would become corrupted lured into the nether regions of psychosexual depravity and cybersensual abandon… never, perhaps, to return.
(I shudder at the thought… several times.)
Well, that sort of cloistered naiveté is fine when you’re just peddling software and minding your own business, but now that Iกm prancing around like an emarketing guru, I no longer have the luxury of ignoring so large and infamous a part of our venue.
THE DARING SEXPLORATIONS OF LINDA COX!
I have shifted into my Lara Croft/Wonder Woman Intrepid Female Explorer persona and I am now going to begin my Conradian trek into the internetกs dark interior.
Wish me luck. Here goes…
Okay, Iกm back. Thanks for waiting. Iกm prepared to report now.
Yep, it seems that there IS some sexual content on the internet. (Drink, please.) Rather a lot, in fact. (Make it a double.) Funny I never noticed before. (Is it warm in here?) Actually, itกs amazing thereกs room for anything else. (WHEREกS THAT FREAKINก DRINK!?)
Hereกs what I learned…

I can never don my Lara Croft/Wonder Woman alterego again now that Iกve seen them locked together in alt.sex.binaries.lesbian.actionheroes in a bout of noholesbarred lovemaking.
Acts I consider sexually extreme and taboo, many people consider warmup.
I will never use a public restroom or changing room again. I will never wear a skirt in public again. I will never look at many salad ingredients the same way again.
Certain professions should strictly enforce a much earlier mandatory retirement age.
Everything is a sex toy to someone… EVERYthing.
I found Howard Spragueกs private diary online. Goober and Floyd I always suspected, but Otis, Barney, how could you?
Bondage is a cottage industry. Iกm not sure what BDSM is, but it looks pretty damn uncomfortable.
I accidentally learned how Vinnie, my pizza delivery kid, made ends meet before landing his present gig.
Some things are better left unshaven.
Shemales are the damnedest thing since Mike the Headless Chicken.

THE GODS OF INTERNET MARKETING
Adult website marketers are the most inyourface, takenoprisoners, knockdown dragout rock กn roll marketers on earth. If I could sell software the way they sell sex, Iกd be living on my own island.
IN PRAISE OF CENSORSHIP
Frankly, I very much oppose adult content on the internet. I think it should be legislated out of existence. Hereกs why:
Sex is the fire in the belly of civilization. If we allow it to become so commonplace that everyone gives up the hot and frenzied pursuit of it, then humanity will just go sit on the couch and watch pro wrestling. And then where will we be?
Sitting on the couch watching pro wrestling, thatกs where!

5 Simple Techniques to Work at Home Forever

5 Simple Techniques to Work at Home Forever

by: Sylvie Charrier

If youกve spent any time online, you will already know that there are lots of scams out there! You might have even begun to doubt that there are any workathome positions available for serious jobseekers. If this sounds like you, you aren’t alone!

Believe me, there are real home based jobs, but what most of the work at home sites omit in their information packages is that it takes work to get work. Finding a telecommuting job can be a full time job in itself, but if you don’t have all the facts, you will be spinning your wheels trying to get somewhere or you will probably give up within a few weeks. That would be a shame, because there aren’t enough high quality telecommuters as it is!

Look, I know you’re skeptical. So was I, a few short years ago. That was before I started implementing some very unique strategies that allowed me to generate so much work from my small home office, that I needed to hire extra staff just to keep up with it all!

The strategies I used are actually very simple, and you can duplicate these ideas to become a very successful telecommuter. In fact, I want you to copy my techniques, even if it means I create my own competition! Why? Because every time a new person starts to work from home more successfully and efficiently, that means one more employer is happy with the concept of hiring homeworkers! That means everyone gets more jobs, and more opportunities to do what we all love to do…working at home in our pyjamas!

So, let’s cover the top 5 simple techniques you can use to work at home forever, shall we?

Never pay for any job! There is never a good reason to pay for work, and I am amazed at how many jobseekers waste precious time and money chasing after schemes that will never pay. It wastes a lot of time you could better spend targeting your jobsearch to legitimate and valid work.

Get your materials ready! You are going to need to be ready before you start looking for work. You will need a specialized telecommuter’s resume, an excellent cover letter template, and an online portfolio that showcases samples of your work. Without these things in place ahead of time, you will not be ready for rapid response when an employer needs to see your stuff.

Make sure you have all the equipment and software you’re going to need! Depending on your skill set, you’re probably going to need special software and equipment to do your job right. Don’t expect an employer to pay for these things. A prospective employer is more likely to hire the next person who is properly equipped, rather than hire you if you expect the employer to pay for what you need to do your job.

Know what you do for a living! This is an absolute necessity if you want to work from home. You may think that you want to do ขtyping at homeข, but if that’s all you can think of, then you’re wasting time. Think about how your typing skills will be useful to your employer, come up with creative applications of that skill, set up samples to show what your service looks like, and plan ahead on how much you will charge for that service. Be willing to tell prospective employers exactly what you do and how much you charge for it.

Change your strategy! Instead of looking for jobs that have already been posted online, and have already been taken, look for companies that are well suited for your talents. Create your own work by contacting companies that have not yet posted jobs online, and eliminate the competition. But, make sure you know exactly what service you plan to offer that company, and why it is useful to them. Don’t bother contacting companies by sending vague resumes. That technique never works! Contact targeted companies with specific services in mind, and let them know you are open to alternate suggestions.

These techniques work extremely well, and using them allowed me to build my home based service company from scratch, without spending a dime on advertising. I was broke when I started working from home, and I didn’t have a computer. Using these techniques, I was able to slowly build my business and develop a client base that has consistently earned me more money than if I was working onsite. You can do it too!
